With over 26 years of coaching experience, I've dedicated my career to helping people achieve lasting results through fitness, nutrition, and accountability. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Football Coach, Entrepreneur, and professionally trained Chef specializing in French cuisine, I bring a unique combination of performance coaching and nutrition expertise to every client.

I specialize in weight loss, body sculpting, strength and conditioning, speed, agility, quickness training, and overall lifestyle transformation. By combining personalized coaching, advanced movement assessment technology, and proven training methods, I help clients move better, feel stronger, and build sustainable habits that deliver real results.

Hi, I'm Maie-Jean Dumont.

I'm passionate about helping people become healthier, stronger, and more confident through a personalized approach to fitness, nutrition, recovery, and overall wellness. My background in nursing, massage therapy, life coaching, and energy work allows me to look beyond quick fixes and focus on the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.

Through All Around Personal Training & Nutrition, I combine professional experience with innovative AI-powered technology to create customized workout and nutrition plans, analyze movement patterns, and help clients stay accountable to their goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, improve performance, recover from injury, build strength, or simply live a healthier lifestyle, I provide the guidance and support you need to achieve lasting results.

I proudly serve clients throughout Connecticut both in person and online, helping each individual create sustainable habits that lead to long-term success.
